As of now or as permitted by existing contracts, BASF will raise the prices of most formulation additives used in the pigment and coatings industry worldwide, such as Brands Such as Attagel, Dispex®, Efka®, Foamaster ®, Foamstar ®, Hydropalat®, Loxanol ® and Rheovis®.
To offset the increased costs associated with transportation, safety, regulations and related registration requirements (e.g., EU REACH regulations, U.S. TSCA regulations) and to continue to provide customers with a high standard of products and services, each region will increase prices by 5% to 10% depending on local circumstances.
