More than 4,000 nutrition experts, dietitians, doctors, policy makers, scientists and others from around the world have come together to discuss the latest developments and applications in the field of nutrition science.As a member of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences, the Chinese Nutrition Society has been actively participating in various projects and international conferences organized by IUNS, and is committed to continuously improving academic exchanges and influence in the international arena.According to preliminary statistics, more than 70 Chinese delegates participated in the international event, of which more than 100 Articles by Chinese scholars were selected for the assembly paper compilation exchange, 25 speech reports, 8 speakers and more than 50 posters. The Chinese Nutrition Society specially organized the "Phytonutrients in nutrition and Health: from theory to practice" branch.
