On April 29, the official website of NMPA showed that the first domestic posaconazole injection developed by Jiangsu Osaikang Pharmaceutical Co.

The enteric-coated tablet type has higher bioavailability than suspension, higher blood concentration, and is not affected by diet and the PH value of the digestive tract, and has a better preventive effect.

In addition to preventive indications, posaconazole also shows great potential in the treatment of invasive aspergillosis.

Today, the posaconazole injection independently developed by Osaikang Pharmaceutical has also been approved, which makes up for the disadvantages of oral dosage forms used in ICU patients and patients during transplantation.
