    Clinical data

    The patient, a 55-year-old female, was admitted to the hospital with headache, dizziness and blurred vision for 20 days, worsened by 3 days
    .


    The patient took orally refluxed drugs due to vaginal bleeding within the past 1 year (specificity unknown)


     

    After treatment for a period of time, the patient gradually became blind and underwent lumbar puncture to measure intracranial pressure> 400mmH2O, which indicated that the patient's condition had deteriorated
    .


    A positive urine occult blood test indicates a tendency to hemorrhage
