According to the Measures for the Administration of Drug Registration (Order No.
27 of the State Administration for Market Regulation) and the Requirements for Registration Classification and Application Materials of Chinese Medicines (Circular No.
68 of the State Medical Products Administration in 2020), in order to promote the inheritance of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine, keep the right innovation, and guide the applicant to carry out research on improved new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine, the Center for Drug Review drafted the Technical Guidelines for the Research of Improved New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Draft for Comments), which was discussed within the center and organized expert discussions.
A draft
has been formed for comments.
The Centre's website is now available for a wide range of opinions and suggestions
