Notice of the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision Authority on the Non-conformity of 24 Batches of Food (No. 46 of 2020)

Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Organized Food Safety Supervision and Inspection, extracted 770 batches of samples of edible oil, grease and its products, beverages, sugar, aquatic products, egg products, edible agricultural products, potato and puffed foods, fried food and nut products, bee products, grain processing products, starch and starch products, vegetable products, infant formula, health food and other 14 categories of food 770 batches, and found 24 batches of samples.
the main problems found in the food industry are the over-limited use of food additives, the detection of prohibited veterinary drugs exceeding the standard, microbial pollution, quality indicators are not up to standard.
To the non-conforming food found in the sampling, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration has tasked Chengdu, Zhangzhou City, Deyang City, Mianyang City, Guangyuan City, Leshan City, Yibin City, Guang'an City, Dazhou City, Ya'an City, Meishan City, Yang City, Liangshan State Market Supervision and Administration immediately organized verification and disposal, urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, take off-shelf recall of unqualified products and other measures to control risks;
will now supervise the sampling of non-conforming food specific information as follows: First, food additives over-range over-limit use of the problem (i) Chengdu Baixiangyi Trading Co., Ltd. sales of "dry shoots", sulfur dioxide residues do not meet the national standards for food safety.
