In accordance with the requirements of the "Measures for the Daily Supervision and Inspection of Food Production and Operation" of the former State Administration of Food and Drug Administration, in 2020 the district and municipal bureaus shall conduct full coverage inspections in accordance with the frequency of supervision and inspection, and require the participation of the county (city, district) bureaus and grass-roots sub-offices where the enterprises are located.

The district and municipal bureaus shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Daily Supervision and Inspection of Food Production and Operation, disclose to the public information such as the time of daily supervision and inspection, the results of inspection and the names of the inspectors on the official website of each district and municipal bureau within 2 working days after the end of the daily supervision and inspection, and post a record of the results of daily supervision and inspection in a prominent location in the production site.

Local market regulatory authorities should attach great importance to the supervision and inspection work after the salt fixed-point production enterprises have been approved, carefully formulate daily supervision and other types of supervision and inspection plans, conscientiously organize the implementation of various work, properly save the supervision and inspection plan, notice, inspection forms and other relevant work files, to ensure that the province's salt-targeted production enterprises in strict accordance with food safety laws and regulations and relevant food safety standards for production, and urge the implementation of the main responsibility for food safety.
(2) reasonably determine the risk level and frequency of supervision and inspection of salt-targeted production enterprises.
By 2020, local market regulatory authorities shall, in accordance with the requirements of Article 11 (2) of the Code of Risk Classification Management (Trial) for Food Production Enterprises in Jiangsu Province, conduct risk rating assessment on salt-based production enterprises with new food production licenses, and carry out daily supervision and inspection in accordance with the frequency of supervision and inspection corresponding to the determination of risk levels.
2021 salt fixed-point production enterprise risk rating in accordance with the "Jiangsu Province food production enterprise risk classification management norms (trial)" Article 8 requirements, in which the static risk factor quantitative score is temporarily calculated according to 25.5 points, dynamic risk factor quantitative score according to the 2020 daily supervision and inspection situation determined, if there are new provisions, according to its requirements.
