(3) A salt production enterprise applying for a food production license shall submit the application materials in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Food Production Permits, and the information such as the name and production address of the application shall be consistent with the Certificate of The Salt Fixed-point Production Enterprise, and if there is a peripheral warehouse, it shall be truthfully reported.
(4) A salt production enterprise applying for a food production license shall, in accordance with the category "condiments" of the food production license, be submitted under the category number: "0306" and the name: "salt".

(13) Salt operators who obtain "food business records (selling prepackaged food only) in Guangxi Free Trade Pilot Zone do not need to obtain a separate food business license."
(14) After obtaining a food production license, the salt produced by the enterprise at the same address does not require a separate food business license.
(15) Salt fixed-point production enterprises and fixed-point wholesale enterprises of salt transportation, storage does not need to obtain a separate food business license.
(16) The food business license for salt shall carry out on-site verification in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licenses, the General Rules for the Review of Food Business Permits, the Rules for the Review of Food Business Licenses in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Trial) and the relevant national standards for food safety.
