Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Authority on the Non-conformity of 24 Batches of Food (No. 46 of 2020)

According to the 2020 National and Guangdong Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Program, the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration has organized sampling of 826 batches of food samples from 9 categories, including grain processing products, condiments, beverages, convenience foods, frozen beverages, vegetable products, pastries, edible agricultural products and food additives.
In accordance with the national standards for food safety inspection and determination, of which 802 batches of qualified samples and 24 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex) were sampled, microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, heavy metal contamination and the use of food additives were exceeded.
