By 2025, formulate and publish more than 20 prefabricated vegetable industry group standards, more than 10 local and industry standards, participate in the formulation of more than 5 national standards, cultivate and identify about 30 provincial prefabricated vegetable R&D and production bases and more than 10 raw material supply bases in batches, build more than 5 provincial key innovation platforms for prefabricated vegetables, and the R&D investment of prefabricated vegetable enterprises above designated size will account for more than
