After receiving the license application, the provincial market regulatory department shall carefully organize and conduct the examination and strictly examine the production conditions in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Administration of Food Production Permits, the General Rules for the Review of Food Production Permits and the relevant national standards for food safety.
