Anyone suspected of committing a crime must be promptly transferred to the public security organs, and in conjunction with the public security organs to track down the sales flow of the involved products, destroy the source of production, and cut off the chain of interests in illegal food production and operation.

The food and drug regulatory authorities that have received the notification shall immediately carry out the verification and disposal of the production enterprises, and if any violations of laws and regulations are found, they shall be investigated and dealt with strictly in accordance with the law, and relevant information shall be published in a timely manner in accordance with the law.
