    , Ltd.

Among them, qualified foods include: 29 batches of tea and related products, 2 batches of starch and starch products, 8 batches of soy products, 3 batches of bee products, 15 batches of pastries, 45 batches of alcohol, 11 batches of processed grain products, 4 batches of edible oil, grease and their products, 1 batch of vegetable products, 1 batch of condiments, and 4 batches of
    beverages.
Unqualified food includes: 1 batch of pastries, 1 batch of edible oil, grease and their products, and 2 batches of
    edible agricultural products.
The problem of non-conformity mainly detects quality indicators, mycotoxins, and metal contaminants
    .
The details are hereby notified as follows:

First, there are problems with substandard food

    (1) Quality indicators

The puff pastry buns produced by Birthday Bakery in Wujiang District do not meet the national food safety standards for
acid price (in terms of fat) (KOH).

    (2) Mycotoxins

The raw material peanut oil, aflatoxin B1, used in Xinfeng County Qifu Food House, does not meet the national
    food safety standards.

    (3) The problem of metal pollutants

The ginger and lead (in Pb) sold by Shaoguan Shaoyuan Vegetable Trading Co.
    , Ltd.
and Shaoguan Nongyuanfa Agricultural and Sideline Products Trading Co.
    , Ltd.
do not meet the provisions of
    the national food safety standards.

In response to the problems found in food safety supervision and sampling, the market supervision departments at all levels in the city shall, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, investigate and deal with unqualified products and their production and trading enterprises in accordance with the law, order enterprises to find out the flow of products, take measures such as removing them from shelves and recalling unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification to prevent and control food safety risks
    .
At the same time, the market supervision department of the jurisdiction is required to record the relevant situation in the food safety credit files of producers and operators, and disclose relevant information
on the website of the regulatory department in accordance with regulations.

    2.
    Analysis of unqualified items

    1.
Acid value (in terms of fat) (KOH): The acid price mainly reflects the rancidity
of oils and fats in food.
The National Food Safety Standard for Pastries and Bread (GB 7099-2015) stipulates that the maximum limit value of acid price (in terms of fat) (KOH) in pastries is 5mg/g
    .
Excessive acid prices will cause food to have a hala taste, and the aldehydes, ketones and acids produced when exceeding the standard will destroy fat-soluble vitamins and cause gastrointestinal discomfort
    .
The reason for the acid price in pastries exceeding the standard may be that the company's raw material procurement is not strict, the production process is not up to standard, and the product storage conditions are improper, especially when the storage temperature is high, it is easy to lead to the oxidation and rancidity
of the fat in the food.

    2.
Aflatoxin B1: GB 2761-2017 "National Food Safety Standard Limit of Mycotoxins in Food" stipulates that the limit of peanut oil and corn oil is 20μg/kg
    .
The food contaminated with aflatoxin B1 is mainly peanuts, corn, rice, wheat, peanut oil and other grain and oil foods
    .
Long-term consumption of vegetable oils with excessive aflatoxin will cause damage to the liver and induce the risk
    of cancer.
The reasons for the unqualified vegetable oil aflatoxin B1 may be: (1) the environmental conditions of raw materials in the process of harvesting, storage and transportation are high temperature and humidity, resulting in mildew and rot of raw materials, and enterprises do not strictly select raw materials and carry out relevant tests when purchasing; (2) No refining process is used in processing or improper
    process control.

    3.
Lead (in Pb): Lead is a heavy metal element and is widely found in the natural environment
    .
GB 2762-2017 "National Food Safety Standard Limit of Contaminants in Food" stipulates that the limit of lead in ginger is 0.
    1mg/kg
    .
In the case of low content, the human body can excrete diarrhea without causing symptoms
    .
However, long-term consumption of products with excessive lead will accumulate in the body, which may affect hematopoietic function, resulting in low immunity, anemia and even kidney
    damage.
The reason for the excessive lead content detected in vegetables may be caused by
the pollution of the soil and water sources where vegetables are grown.

    Third, food safety consumption tips

Consumers should purchase the required food through formal and reliable channels and keep the corresponding shopping vouchers, and should clearly see whether the relevant marks on the outer packaging, such as the production date, shelf life, the name and address of the producer, the ingredient or ingredient list, the food production license number, etc.
, are complete and comply with the provisions of
    laws and regulations.
Do not buy products without factory name, factory address, production date and shelf life, do not buy products that exceed the expiration date, and do not buy unqualified products
    that are announced.
Welcome consumers to actively participate in food safety supervision, pay attention to the release of food safety sampling information, if you find unqualified food involved in this announcement in the market, please call the local complaint and report telephone 12345 or 12315
