In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made a special deal in the provisions of biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, frozen drinks, processed grain products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, quick-frozen foods, A total of 1332 batches of samples of 22 categories of food were supervised and sampled, among which 21 batches of samples of 7 categories of food were unqualified for catering food, fried food and nut products, condiments, convenience food, frozen drinks, edible agricultural products and vegetable products, and problems such as
excessive pesticide residues, excessive use of food additives, quality indicators not meeting standards, microbial contamination, heavy metal pollution, and biological toxins were detected.
The relevant situation is notified as follows (see Annex 2 for specific information on unqualified food under supervision and random inspection).

The problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) Cowpeas sold by Dongcheng Shenghong Store of Dongying Commercial Building Co.

the national food safety standards.

(4) The nectarines sold by the Huiyuan Fruit Wholesale Department of Jimo City do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(5) The chili peppers sold by Wu Xishan, No.
50, row 5, Wencheng Market, Yishui County, bifenthrin do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(6) Bananas sold by Weifang Century Taihua Fulodo Supermarket Co.

(9) The celery sold by the Cao County Linlin Fresh Food Supermarket from the Liu Ying Vegetable Sales Department (supplier) of the Cao County Panshi Office does not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(10) Xiaotai mango, pyraclostrobin and clothianidin sold by the Xinxin Jinjin Fruit Business Department of Linyi High-tech Zone do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(11) Chinese cabbage sold by Zhang Pengfei in Qingyun County Vegetable and Fruit Wholesale Market, fipronil does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

Second, the problem of food additives exceeding the scope and exceeding the limit

(1) The pig's head meat (homemade), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid) processed by Haiming Deli Store in Dongdu Town, Xintai City, do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(2) The sweet ice sold by Tongtong Food Supermarket in Zhanhua County is labeled as the sweet ice produced by Yiqun Food Factory in Laizhou City (production date/batch number: 2022/4/1, specification model: 90g/bag), of which cyclamate (in terms of cyclohexyl sulfamic acid) does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

the national food safety standards.

Third, the quality indicators do not meet the standard

(1) The five-spiced peanuts on the first floor produced by Kaifeng City Aishen Food Co.

Biotoxins

The fried peanut rice (homemade) processed by Jinwang Deli Business Store in Laiwu District, Jinan City, aflatoxin B1 does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to find out the flow of the products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required
