In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations and the arrangements for food safety supervision and sampling in Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has issued a total of 11 categories of food for alcohol, pastries, tea and related products, edible agricultural products, cooking oil, oil and its products, aquatic products, fruit products, frozen food, special dietary foods, beverages and condiments16 44 batches of samples were supervised and sampled, including pastries, alcohol, edible agricultural products, cooking oil, grease and its products, aquatic products, fruit products, condiments, beverages 8 categories of food 23 batches of samples were not qualified, detected agricultural veterinary drug residues exceeded the standard, food additives over-range over-limit use, biological toxins, quality indicators are not up to standard, other pollutants exceeded the standard and other issues.
Now will supervise the sampling of non-conforming food specific information as follows: First, agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceed the standard (i) Linyi City, Shandong Mi Huan Trading Co., Ltd. sales from Qilu seafood wholesale market Zhao Jinguo (supplier) carp, the west of the city does not meet the national standards for food safety regulations, inspection institutions for Shandong Province Product Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(ii) Weihai City Weihai Runtai Commercial Co., Ltd. sales of chili peppers, K-Berwei does not meet the national standards for food safety, inspection agencies for Shandong Province Product Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(iii) Yantai Jiayue Supermarket Co., Ltd. Longkou five stores selling mountain eggs from Fuyuan Farm in Lanling County, fluorobenicao does not meet the national standards for food safety, inspection agencies for Shandong Province Food and Drug Inspection Research Institute.

(v) Weifang City Weifang Sakuraquan Water Industry Co., Ltd. Linyi Jishan Branch produced drinking mountain spring water, by Weifang City Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Center inspection found that bromate does not meet the national standards for food safety.
The Linyi Jishan Branch of Weifang Sakuraquan Water Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
For the non-conforming products found in the above-mentioned sampling, the market regulatory authorities of the place where the production and operation enterprises are located have ordered the enterprises to ascension of the flow of products, recall and take off unqualified products, control risks, file a case for investigation, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required.
