In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, and the arrangements for food safety supervision and sampling in Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has provided food and beverages, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, alcohol, frozen beverages, food processing products, meat products, edible agricultural products, aquatic products, frozen food, condiments and beverages. A total of 15 categories of food 1179 batches of samples were monitored and sampled, including food and beverage, convenience food, pastries, alcohol, meat products, edible agricultural products, aquatic products, frozen food, beverage 9 categories of food 20 batches of samples were not qualified, detected agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeded the standard, food additives over-limit, over-range use, microbial pollution, quality indicators are not up to standard and other issues.
Will now supervise the sampling of non-conforming food specific situation notice as follows: First, agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceed the standard (i) Dongming County, Yuze County, the sale of leeks, rotting mold does not meet the national standards for food safety provisions, the inspection agency for Qingdao Spectrne Testing Co., Ltd.
(2) The leeks sold in Liang Shuman vegetable wholesale shop in Fei County, Linyi City, do not meet the national standards for food safety, and the inspection agency is Shandong Bayer Inspection Co., Ltd.
(iii) Linyi City Luozhuang District Mong Kok fruit and vegetable wholesale supermarket sales of leeks, meth phosphorus and rotting mold are not in line with national standards for food safety, inspection agencies for Shandong Bayer Testing Co., Ltd.
(4) The leeks sold at Zhiqiang Fresh Distribution Station in Luozhuang District of Linyi City do not meet the national standards for food safety, and the inspection agency is Shandong Bayer Inspection Co., Ltd.
(5) The pork sold by Darunfa Commercial Co., Ltd. in the central district of Zhanzhuang City does not meet the national standards for food safety, and the inspection agency is the Shandong Food and Drug Inspection Research Institute.
(6) Texas City Linyi County, Xiao Xue vegetable wholesale department sales from the plain Li Wanzhuang Li Shuhua leeks, phosphorus does not meet the national standards for food safety provisions, the inspection agency for Qingdao Spectrani Testing Co., Ltd.

3. Microbial pollution (1) Drinking pure water (17L) produced by Yuding Mountain Springs Pure Water Co., Ltd. in Lanling County, Linyi City, copper-green fake monocytobacteria does not meet the national standards for food safety, the inspection agency is Shandong Bayer Testing Co., Ltd.
(2) Yizhuang City, Yicheng Yirun times department store sales label called Tengzhou Jinghai Food Co., Ltd. production of green melt yogurt granules cereal, mold does not meet the requirements of product implementation standards, inspection agencies for Shandong Huasheng Tiantong Standard Technical Services Co., Ltd.
(iii) Qingdao City North District Qingdao North International Trade Quartet Supermarket Co., Ltd. sales of the standard called Qingdao Huayikang Trading Co., Ltd. production of ready-to-eat sea otters, the total number of bacteria does not meet the requirements of product implementation standards, inspection agencies for the standard technical services (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.

(ii) Texas City Economic and Technological Development Zone Texas Pickled Chicken Food City Management Co. , Ltd. Highland Store sales labeled as Texas City Jinding Refrigerated Food Co., Ltd. produced a shrimp dumplings (shrimp kernel leeks), by Qingdao Spectren Testing Co., Ltd. inspection found that the peroxide value (in fat) does not meet the national food safety standards.
Texas Jinding Refrigerated Food Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;
For the non-conforming products found in the above-mentioned sampling, the market regulatory authorities of the place where the production and operation enterprises are located have ordered the enterprises to ascension of the flow of products, recall and take off unqualified products, control risks, file a case for investigation, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required.
