According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the sampling plan of food safety supervision and inspection in Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made significant changes to health food, catering food, tea and related products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, aquatic products, fruit products, A total of 1528 batches of samples of quick-frozen food, formula food and beverages for special medical purposes were supervised and sampled, including 17 batches of samples of 8 major categories of food, including pastries, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and their products, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen foods and beverages, and other problems such as excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, microbial contamination, excessive use of food additives, inconsistent values between food additives and labels, heavy metal pollution, quality indicators not up to standard, and biotoxins were detected
