In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has made special decisions on health foods, biscuits, catering foods, tea and related products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, alcohol, processed grain products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen foods, A total of 1403 batches of samples of 22 categories of food were supervised and sampled, among which 26 batches of samples of catering food, condiments, edible agricultural products, edible oil, fats and fats and their products, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen foods and beverages were unqualified, and problems such as excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, excessive use of food additives, quality indicators not up to standard, microbial contamination, biological toxins, heavy metal pollution and other problems
were detected.
The relevant situation is notified as follows (see Annex 2 for specific information on unqualified food under supervision and random inspection).

1.
The problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The chili peppers and clothianidin sold by the Dajiu fresh vegetable store in Leling City do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(2) The cucumbers sold by Li Yanping in the Daxiantou wholesale market and diconazole do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(3) The ginger and clothianidin sold by Liqun Convenience Shaoxing Road Store in Shibei District do not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(4) The celery sold by the chain supermarket Lianan store of Shandong Jiuzhou Commercial Group Co.
, Ltd.
, chlorpyrifos does not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(5) Cowpeas sold by Xiaojun Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Supermarket every day in Kangzhuang Town, Linqing City, in which fly-killing amine does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.
Xiaojun Tiantian Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Supermarket, Kangzhuang Town, Linqing City, objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; After re-examination, the conclusion of
the preliminary examination is maintained.

(6) Mandarin oranges sold by Cartesco Life Service Supermarket in Pingyi County, in which bifenthrin does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.
Pingyi County Cartesco Life Service Supermarket objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; After re-examination, the conclusion of
the preliminary examination is maintained.

(7) Pork sold in Yuchang raw pork wholesale store in Zhangdian District does not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(8) The mutton and furacilin metabolites sold by the Shuangjie Beef and Mutton Business Department in Shizhong District do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(9) The cowpea, cyhalothrin and high-efficiency cyhalothrin sold by Li Ming in Qingyun Vegetable and Fruit Wholesale Market do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

(10) The carp sold by Youshun Live Fish Wholesale Department in Laiwu District, Jinan City, diazepam does not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(11) The celery and clothianidin sold by Weifang Century Taihua Fleurdo Supermarket Co.
, Ltd.
do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

(12) The bananas sold in Pengda supermarket in Laiyang City and imidacloprid do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

Second, the problem of food additives exceeding the scope and exceeding the limit

(1) The fried watermelon soybean (brewing sauce) sold by Yuncheng Tengchen Shopping Center Co.
, Ltd.
(production date/batch number: 2022/1/2, specification model: 280g/bottle), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid) do not meet the provisions of the
national food safety standards.

(4) The sum of the respective dosages of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) and preservatives sold by Jiajiawang Food Supermarket in Xiashan District labeled as Guodan peel (production date/batch number: 2022/3/15, specification model: 248g/bag), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) and preservatives when mixed with preservatives do not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

Third, the quality indicators do not meet the standard

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to find out the flow of the products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required
