In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangements of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further ensure food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau provides information on catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, frozen drinks, processed grain products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, A total of 1468 batches of samples of 23 categories of food were supervised and sampled, including catering food, soy products, pastries, frozen drinks, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and their products, aquatic products and aquatic products, and 23 batches of samples were unqualified, and problems such as excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, excessive use of food additives, non-compliance of quality indicators, microbial contamination, heavy metal pollution, and biological toxins were detected

The problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) Rapewheat vegetables sold by Xiaofang vegetable business store in Liaocheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, among which avermectin does not meet the provisions of
the national food safety standards.

the national food safety standards.

of the national food safety standards.

(11) Carrots sold by the Caishunshun Vegetable Wholesale Department of Shanghe County do not meet the provisions
of the national food safety standards.

Second, the problem of food additives exceeding the scope and exceeding the limit

(1) The residual amount of aluminum processed by Yifei, No.

Biotoxins

food safety standards.

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspections, the local market supervision department has ordered the producers and operators to find out the flow of the products, recall and remove the unqualified products, control the risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required
