According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of the food safety supervision and sampling plan of Shandong Province, in order to further protect food safety, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has provided health food, catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience food, bee products, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oil, grease and its products, vegetable products, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen food, A total of 1431 batches of samples of 21 categories of food were supervised and sampled for confectionery products and beverages, among which 12 batches of samples of 8 major categories of food such as health food, condiments, bee products, pastries, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, aquatic products and beverages were unqualified, and the problems
of agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard, food additives exceeding the limit of use, quality indicators not meeting the standard, microbial contamination and heavy metal pollution were detected.

First, the problem of excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

(1) The bananas sold by the Guomanju Fresh Fruit Business Department in Zhangdian District do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(2) The celery and clothianidin sold by Wang Guanglong in Qingdao Dongzhuangtou Vegetable Wholesale Market do not meet the national
food safety standards.

(3) The raw pork sold by the Shihong Raw Pork Wholesale Department Store in Shanghe County, chlorpromazine does not meet the national
food safety standards.

(4) The chili pepper sold by Meng Qingwen in the vegetable market of Zhangguancun, Diao Town, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, clothianidin does not meet the national
food safety standards.
