Recently, the Nanjing Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Administration organized the municipal food safety supervision and sampling inspection at the same level, involving 840 batches of samples
of 15 major categories of food, such as grain processing products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, condiments, alcohol, tea and related products, beverages, fried food and nut products, soy products, bee products, convenience food, quick-frozen food, starch and starch products, sugar, catering food and edible agricultural products.
According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards, 833 batches of qualified samples and 7 batches of unqualified samples are notified as follows:

1.
The alcohol content (20 °C) of Tuzhen bitter buckwheat wine (silver buckwheat) produced by Wuhan Guqintai Liquor Industrial Co.
, Ltd.
sold by the store of Maide Le Life Supermarket in Jianye District does not meet the explicit standards and quality requirements of the
product.

Second, the spiced dried tofu sold by Chunxi Linghua Tofu Shop in Gaochun County, sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin) does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

Third, the tofu sold by Chunxi Linghua Tofu Shop in Gaochun County, benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

Fourth, the jasmine tea produced by the nominal Wuhu Jinxin Tea Industry and Trade Co.
, Ltd.
sold by Nanjing Runjihui Network Technology Co.
, Ltd.
does not meet the requirements of
food safety standards.

Fried peanut rice sold at Miniu Hot Pot Shop in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, aflatoxin B1 does not meet food safety standards.

The crucian carp sold by Nanjing Han Fresh Supermarket Co.
, Ltd.
does not meet the requirements of
food safety standards.

7.
The lychee, cyfluthrin and high-efficiency cyfluthrin sold by Jianshuang Fresh Fruit Store in Jianye District, Nanjing City do not meet the requirements of
food safety standards.

In view of the unqualified food found in the supervision and sampling, our bureau has notified the relevant district bureaus to immediately organize the disposal work, and take measures such as removing the unqualified food from the shelves to control the risk; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with law; Promptly disclose the risk prevention and control measures taken by enterprises and the verification and disposal situation to the public
