Recently, Nanjing Municipal Administration for Market Supervision organized and carried out city-level food safety supervision and sampling inspection, involving 1662 batches of samples of 19 types of food, including processed grain products, edible oil, grease and its products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, quick-frozen foods, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, candy products, cocoa and roasted coffee products, fried foods and nut products, pastries, soy products, catering foods and edible agricultural products
.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, there are 1645 batches of qualified samples and 17 batches of unqualified samples, and the situation is notified as follows:

1.
The orchid beans (beef flavor) produced by the Jiming Fried Yard in Wujin Economic Development Zone, sold by Suguo Supermarket Co.
, Ltd.
, Zhongshan North Road Storage Supermarket, do not meet the national
food safety standards.

Second, the reusable tableware (large disc) self-washed by Yang Junqiang Tucai Restaurant in Xiaguan District, Nanjing, coliform bacteria does not meet the food
safety standards.

Third, the reusable tableware (fried noodle plate) self-washed by Ma Youbu Noodle Restaurant in Pukou District, Nanjing, coliform bacteria did not meet the food
safety standards.

4.
The peroxide value (in terms of fat) of the salted meat used in He Shilanjing Restaurant in Pukou District does not meet the food
safety standards.

5.
The self-cleaning reusable tableware (soup bowl) and anionic synthetic detergent (based on sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) of Xikele restaurant in Gulou District do not meet the food safety standards

The shortbread (sesame flavor) produced by Xuzhou Yue Xiaoyue Food Co.

sold by Nanjing Sanzhenzhai Food Co.

on Taobao (online platform), in which the sum of the proportions of the respective dosage of preservatives to the maximum use of the preservatives does not meet the national
food safety standards.

The beans (cowpea), clothianidin and methylaminoavermectin benzoate sold by Zhiyuan Vegetable Wholesale Department of Jiangning District, Nanjing City do not meet the food
safety standards.

safety standards.

safety standards.

13.
The yellow eel sold by Wu Lanping Fruit Business Department in Jianye District, Nanjing, Enrofloxacin does not meet the food

safety standards.

In response to the unqualified food found in the supervision and sampling inspection, our bureau has notified the relevant district bureau to immediately organize and carry out disposal work, and take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified food to control the risk; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with law; Promptly disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures adopted by enterprises to the public
