Recently, the Nanjing Market Supervision Administration organized and carried out food safety supervision and sampling inspections at the municipal level, involving processed grain products, edible oil, grease and their products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, canned food, frozen drinks, quick-frozen food, potatoes and puffed foods, confectionery products, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried foods and nut products, sugar, aquatic products, starch and starch products, pastries, soy products, bee products, 1494 batches of samples
of 25 types of food such as catering food and edible agricultural products.
According to the national food safety standard inspection and judgment, including 1472 batches of qualified samples and 22 batches of unqualified samples, the situation is notified as follows:

food safety standards.

Third, the self-cleaning reused dining utensils (casserole) of Weiwei Restaurant in Jiangning District, Nanjing, coliform bacteria do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

The residual amount of sweet and sour jellyfish (homemade) and aluminum (dry sample, calculated in Al) sold by Chen Yuheng Restaurant in Qixia District, Nanjing City does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

5.
The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in terms of Al) used in the Zhenshihui Hotel in Liuhe District, Nanjing, does not meet the food
safety standards.

6.
The lard (homemade) and acid price (KOH) used in the Tianmei Lao Braised Noodle Shop in Liuhe District do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

7.
The salt soda drink (lemon flavor) produced by the nominal Huai'an Hengjia Food Technology Co.
, Ltd.
sold by Nanjing Ruining Commercial Management Co.
, Ltd.
, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, does not meet the explicit standards and quality requirements of
the product.

8.
The self-cleaning reusable dining utensils (spoons) of Ma Jinye Noodle House in Qixia District, Nanjing, do not meet the provisions
of food safety standards.

9.
The self-cleaning reusable dining utensils (chopsticks) and anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) in Shangwan Noodle Restaurant, Qixia District, Nanjing City do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

10.
The residual amount of fritters (homemade) and aluminum sold by Ruan Jingfeng Restaurant in Qixia District, Nanjing City (dry sample, calculated in Al) does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

11.
Enrofloxacin does not meet the food
safety standards for the angling fish (live) sold by Xu Cailong Aquatic Products Management Department of Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing.

12.
The bananas sold by the Lu Congyu Department Store in Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing, imidacloprid do not meet the food
safety standards.

13.
Enrofloxacin does not meet the food safety standards for
crucian carp sold in Huimei Supermarket Store in Lishui District, Nanjing.

14.
The ginger, clothianidin, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam sold in the Youpinyuan Fresh Supermarket in Qinhuai District, Nanjing City do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

15.
Chlorpyrifos sold by individual industrial and commercial households in the Laojie Farmers' Market in Qixia District does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

16.
The catfish used in Yuku Hotel in Pukou District, Nanjing, Enrofloxacin does not meet the food
safety standards.

17.
Enrofloxacin does not meet the food
safety standards for the bullfrog used in Jinxuanji Hot Pot Restaurant in Chuanxi Bazi, Liuhe District, Nanjing.

18.
The leeks used by Nanjing Excellent Hotel Co.
, Ltd.
in Liuhe District do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

19.
Imidacloprid of bananas sold by Jiajiale Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Store in Jiangbei New Area does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

20.
The white-skinned peanuts sold by Baolong Wanjia Business and Trade Center in Gaochun District, Nanjing, aflatoxin B1 do not meet the food
safety standards.

21.
The cadmium (in Cd) of fresh lilies sold by Dongcheng Saga Store of Nanjing Baiwo Youxian Supermarket Co.
, Ltd.
does not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

22.
The ginger and clothianidin sold by the business department of Zhao Donglai Department Store in Pukou District, Nanjing City do not meet the provisions of
food safety standards.

In response to the unqualified food found in the supervision and random inspection, our bureau has notified the relevant district bureau to immediately organize and carry out disposal work, and take measures such as removing and recalling the unqualified food to control the risk; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with law; Timely disclose
the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures adopted by the enterprise to the public.
