Notice of Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Authority on 8 batches of food non-conformity (No. 41 of 2020)

Recently, Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Organization completed 224 batches of food safety supervision and sampling tasks, involving alcohol, condiments, edible agricultural products, food and beverage products and catering equipment and other 10 categories of food.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 216 batches of qualified samples and 8 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex).
the main problems found are veterinary drug residues, microbial contamination, quality indicators do not match the label values, quality indicators are not up to standard, food additives are used in unlimited quantities.
The specific situation is heeded as follows: First, veterinary drug residues (i) the source of live fish in Aihui District issued for sale of liugen fish (freshwater fish) (purchase date May 22, 2020), Enosa star (in terms of Ennosha star and cyclopropyl sassin) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(ii) Mudfish (freshwater fish) sold at Xiaojiang Seafood Store in Songbei District, Harbin City (purchase date June 8, 2020), Enosa star (in terms of the co-count of Ennosha star and epoxy sand star), oxyfluorosa star does not meet the national standards for food safety.

II. Microbial contamination (i) Plates provided and used by the San Ross Yue Vera Steakhouse in the pointed mountains of Shuangdashan City (sampling date, June 18, 2020), and E. coli groups do not meet national standards for food safety.

4. 5. The use of food additives in the ultra-limited quantity of oil strips sold at Xiaoben tofu brain shop in Minnan County (processing date Of June 17, 2020), aluminum residue (dry samples, in Al) does not meet the national standards for food safety.
