Notice of Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Authority on 10 batches of food non-conformity (No. 75 of 2020)

Recently, Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration organization completed the food safety supervision and sampling task 181 batches, involving edible agricultural products, meat products, condiments and other 6 categories of food.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, of which 171 batches of qualified samples and 10 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex).
non-conforming items are mainly food additives over-limit use, microbial pollution.
The specific situation will be announced as follows: First, the use of food additives in the ultra-limited use of the problem (i) Thai county resource breakfast home-made sales of furnacessub-oil strips (processing date: September 12, 2020), aluminum residue (dry samples, in Al) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling, the provincial market supervision bureau has tasked the market supervision department of the jurisdiction to immediately organize verification and disposal work, to find out the flow of products, to take off-shelf, recall and other risk control measures, to investigate and punish violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law, and to take risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal to the public.
