In order to broaden the channels for all sectors of society to participate in food safety sampling and implement targeted sampling inspections around the foods that the people are concerned about, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized the special supervision and sampling of food safety "you point me inspection", sampling grain processing products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, condiments, meat products, wine, vegetable products, fried food and nut products, aquatic products, pastries, bee products, catering foods and edible agricultural products and other 12 categories of food 437 batches of samples, among which grain processed products, 6 batches of samples of 3 major categories of food such as catering food and edible agricultural products are unqualified

The main problems found are that food additives exceed the limit of use, pesticide residues exceed the standard, etc

For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has instructed the market supervision department of the jurisdiction to immediately organize the verification and disposal work, timely find out the flow of products, take risk control measures such as removal from shelves and recall, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations according to law, and disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures taken to the public

The specific situation of supervision and sampling of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

First, the use of food additives beyond the scope and limit

Second, the problem of pesticide residues exceeding the standard

Qitaihe City Boli County New Taste Celebrity Chef Hotel purchased 2 batches of edible agricultural products detected pesticide residues exceeding the standard, of which the ginger purchased from the dry blend of Erluanzi in Boli County, Qitaihe City, the residual amount of thiamethoxamine does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards; Celery purchased from Maojia Vegetable Shop in Boli County, Qitaihe City, the residual amount of chlorpyrifos does not meet the national standards for
