Recently, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized sampling of pastries, biscuits, fried food and nut products, fruit products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, potatoes and puffed foods, condiments 8 categories of food a total of 347 batches, of which 343 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples (see annex for testing items).

The problems found mainly include microbial contamination, excessive pesticide residues, over-range use of food additives and substandard
quality indicators.

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the local market supervision department has taken measures to investigate and deal with them according to law, and ordered the food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall the unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, and immediately take measures to prevent and control risks
in the food business link.
The risk prevention and control measures for unqualified products and the results of verification and disposal will be announced
on the websites of the relevant city and county market supervision departments.

The specific conditions of unqualified food sampling are hereby notified as follows:
