Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and took 1164 batches of samples of 22 categories of food, including biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, alcohol, processed grain products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, aquatic products, fruit products, confectionery products, special dietary foods, condiments and beverages, and detected biscuits, catering food, pastries, meat products, etc.
27 batches of samples of 6 categories of food such as edible agricultural products and beverages were unqualified

The unqualified items involved the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, enrofloxacin, cadmium (in Cd), acid value (in terms of fat), peroxide value (in terms of fat), anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate), etc
.

For unqualified food found in random inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures to control risks, such as removing from shelves and recalling substandard products; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with law; At the same time, the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal measures taken will be disclosed to the public and reported
to the provincial bureau.
