Notice of guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the non-conformity of 14 batches of food products (No. 38 of 2020)

Recently, Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized sampling tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, soy products, convenience food, bee products, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, cooking oil, oil and its products, vegetable products, fruit products, confectionery products, condiments and beverages 18 categories of food samples, a total of 808 batches.
inspection and determination in accordance with national standards for food safety, in which 794 batches of qualified samples and 14 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).
Non-conforming foods involved the total number of bacteriums, toxic ticks, kbweigher, fly-killing amines, oxyfluorosa, 6-pyridine (6-BA), aluminum residues (dry samples, in Al), nitrites (in sodium nitrite), peroxide (in fat) indicators.

For non-conforming food found in the sampling inspection, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection, the Measures for the Administration of Food Recalls and other laws and regulations, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has tasked the relevant municipal (state) market regulatory authorities to investigate and punish them in accordance with the law.
Six Panshui City, Bijie City, Minnan State, Southwest China market regulatory authorities have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
the listed (state) market regulatory authorities shall, in accordance with the prescribed time limits and requirements, take risk prevention and control measures and verify the disposition, report to the provincial market supervision bureau in a timely manner and make it available to the public.
