Notice of guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the non-conformity of 13 batches of food products (No. 37 of 2020)

Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized sampling of 938 batches of tea and related products, soy products, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, cooking oils, fats and their products, condiments and beverages in 9 categories.
inspection and determination in accordance with the requirements of national standards for food safety, of which 925 batches of qualified samples and 13 batches of non-conforming samples were sampled (see annex).
non-conforming foods involved propylene bromide, toxaphenidal, kbwei, triamcinolone, Enosa, oxyfluorosa, cadmium (in CD), oxygen consumption (in O2) indicators.
The specific situation notice is as follows: First, the name of the Indo-Jiang Autonomous County BaiyunshanQuan Co., Ltd. production of BaiyunshanQuan drinking pure water, by Zunyi City Product Quality Inspection and Inspection Institute inspection found that the oxygen consumption (in O2) does not meet the national standards for food safety.
Baiyunshanquan Co., Ltd. of Injiang Autonomous County objected to the inspection results and applied for a re-inspection;

For non-conforming food found in the sampling inspection, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection, the Measures for the Administration of Food Recalls and other laws and regulations, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has tasked the relevant municipal (state) market regulatory authorities to investigate and punish them in accordance with the law.
Copper Ren City market supervision department has urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
the listed (state) market regulatory authorities shall, in accordance with the prescribed time limits and requirements, take risk prevention and control measures and verify the disposition, report to the provincial market supervision bureau in a timely manner and make it available to the public.
