Notice of Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on the Failure of 25 Batches of Food Sampling Inspection (Issue 27 of 2022)

Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspections, sampling 1242 batches of samples of 18 major categories of food, such as catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, pastries, wine, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, food additives, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products and beverages, etc.
, and detected 1242 batches of samples of 18 major categories of food, such as catering food, starch and starch products, confectionery, condiments, soy products, pastries, etc.
25 batches of samples of 10 categories of food, such as grain processing products, edible agricultural products, potatoes and puffed foods, edible oils, oils and fats and their products and beverages, were unqualified

The unqualified items involved Pseudomonas aeruginosa, propyl bromophosphorus, methylaminoavermectin benzoate, cyclamate (in terms of cyclohexylsulfonic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), amino acid nitrogen (in terms of nitrogen), protein, acid price (in terms of fat), peroxide value (in terms of fat), anionic synthetic detergent (in terms of sodium lauryl benzenesulfonate), etc
.

For the unqualified food found by the sampling inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing shelves and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Conduct of violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with law; At the same time, the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken will be disclosed to the public and reported
