Recently, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspections in Gansu Province, involving starch and starch products, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, fruit products, fried foods and nut products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, beverages, condiments and other 11 major categories of food
.
A total of 9 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the main problems found were unqualified microorganisms, excessive limits of food additives, over-range use problems, unqualified product quality indicators, and illegal addition of non-edible substances
.

For the unqualified food found by random inspection, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision departments such as Lanzhou, Tianshui, Qingyang, Pingliang and other market supervision departments to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with
law.
