Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau have carried out food safety supervision and sampling inspections in Gansu Province, involving starch and starch products, pastries, condiments, convenience foods, fruit products, beverages, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, grain processing products, vegetable products, fried foods and nut products, meat products, frozen drinks, catering foods, edible agricultural products and other 14 categories of food

A total of 8 batches of unqualified products were detected, and the main problems found were unqualified product quality indicators, unqualified microorganisms, over-limit food additives, over-range use problems, unqualified residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, and detection of non-edible substances

For the unqualified food found by random inspection, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed Lanzhou, Zhangye, Jinchang, Dingxi, Tianshui, Qingyang and other market supervision departments to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with
law.

First, the product quality indicators are unqualified
