In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling inspection and other laws and regulations, in accordance with the relevant work arrangements of the Dalian Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the results of the food supervision and sampling information organized by our Bureau are heeded as follows: The sampling information of this circular relates to pastries, dairy products, grain processing products. Meat products, fruit products, aquatic products, condiments, beverages, soy products, biscuits a total of 10 categories, a total of 94 batches, 91 batches of qualified food, 3 batches of non-conforming food, pass rate of 96.81%.
For the non-conforming food products in this circular, Dalian Municipal Market Supervision and Administration has organized the municipal and county food safety supervision departments to initiate verification and disposal of production and operation units in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling and Inspection, and other laws and regulations.
