According to the <Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China>< Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection> and other laws and regulations, in accordance with the relevant work arrangements of Dalian Market Supervision Administration, the information on the food safety sampling results organized by our bureau is hereby notified as follows:

The sampling information of this notice involves 15 major categories, including processed grain products, edible oil, grease and its products, condiments, meat products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, canned food, quick-frozen food, potatoes and puffed foods, candy products, tea and related products, alcohol, edible agricultural products, and catering foods, with a total of 374 batches, including 8 batches
of unqualified food.

For the unqualified food in this notice, the Dalian Municipal Administration for Market Supervision has organized the market supervision departments at the city and county levels to initiate verification and disposal
of production and operation in accordance with laws and regulations such as the < Food Safety Law >< Food Safety Sampling Inspection Management Measures> and other laws and regulations.
