In accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection and other laws and regulations, and in accordance with the relevant work arrangements of the Dalian Market Supervision Administration, the information on the results of food safety sampling inspections organized by our bureau is hereby notified as follows:

The sampling information of this notice involves 15 categories of processed grain products, edible oil, grease and their products, condiments, meat products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, canned food, quick-frozen food, potatoes and puffed food, confectionery products, tea and related products, alcohol, edible agricultural products, catering food, a total of 368 batches, including 7 batches of
unqualified food.

For the unqualified food notified this time, the Dalian Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has organized the market supervision departments at the municipal and county levels to initiate verification and disposal of production and operation in accordance with the "Food Safety Law", "Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection" and other laws and
regulations.
