Notice of Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration on 9 batches of food non-conformity (No. 50 of 2020)

Recently, Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of frozen food, condiments, beverages, food additives and other 4 categories of food 344 batches of samples.
In accordance with the national standards for food safety inspection and determination, including sampling and inspection items qualified samples 335 batches, non-conforming samples 9 batches (see annex), non-conforming samples involving microbial indicators, quality indicators and label non-conformity and other issues.
the sampling of non-conforming food found, the provincial market supervision bureau has tasked the relevant municipal market regulatory authorities to investigate and punish in accordance with the law.
Anqing, Luzhou, Luzhou, Luyang, Huainan, SixAn and other cities market regulatory authorities have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
shall complete the verification and disposal within 3 months from the date of the issuance of the notice and announce the results of the disposal to the public.
investigation finds that other departmental responsibilities are involved, the relevant information shall be communicated to the relevant functional departments.
The specific situation of unqualified food will now be announced as follows: First, microbiological indicators (i) Ganzhou City, Mengcheng County, the new source of Wenwu Food Wholesale Department sales, the label of Boyang Food Co. , Ltd. production of butterfly clips, the total number of bacteria does not meet the national standards for food safety.

(six-an) production of red-burned soy sauce (cooking soy sauce), by the Anhui Provincial Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute inspection found that the amino acid nitrogen (nitrogen) does not meet the national standards for food safety.
Anhui Yuntian Food Co., Ltd. put forward a re-examination to dispute the test results, and put forward a re-examination;
