Notice of Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration on 9 batches of food non-conformity (No. 46 of 2020)

Recently, Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of bee products, sugar, edible agricultural products, food and beverage food and other 4 categories of food 280 batches of samples.
according to the national standards of food safety inspection and determination, in which the sampling inspection project qualified samples 271 batches, unqualified samples 9 batches (see annex), non-conforming samples related to agricultural and veterinary drug residues, quality indicators and other issues.
the sampling of non-conforming food found, the provincial market supervision bureau has tasked the relevant municipal market supervision departments to investigate and punish according to law.
Maanshan, Six An and other city market regulatory authorities have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
shall complete the verification and disposal within 3 months from the date of the issuance of the notice and announce the results of the disposal to the public.
investigation finds that other departmental responsibilities are involved, the relevant information shall be communicated to the relevant functional departments.
The specific situation of unqualified food will be announced as follows: First, agricultural and veterinary drug residues (i) Hefei Mayor Fengxian Town Xinjinghong supermarket sales, the label Anhui Bo Bee Biotech Co., Ltd. (Maanshan) production of honey (canola honey), Nofluosa Star does not meet national standards for food safety.
