Notice of Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration on 7 batches of food non-conformity (No. 38 of 2020)

Recently, Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration organized sampling of pastries, fruit products, condiments, edible agricultural products and other 4 categories of food 504 batches of samples.
according to the national standards of food safety inspection and determination, in which the sampling inspection project qualified samples 497 batches, unqualified samples 7 batches (see annex), non-conforming samples related to microbial contamination, quality indicators and other issues.
the sampling of non-conforming food found, the provincial market supervision bureau has tasked the relevant municipal market supervision departments to investigate and punish according to law.
Hefei, Cebu and other municipal market regulatory authorities have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analysis of the reasons for rectification;
shall complete the verification and disposal within 3 months from the date of the issuance of the notice and announce the results of the disposal to the public.
investigation finds that other departmental responsibilities are involved, the relevant information shall be communicated to the relevant functional departments.
