It should be placed indoors

When equipping multiple devices, they should be placed separately

There should be an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or channel, and the equipment location should be well ventilated

During installation, the sealing surfaces should be prevented from bumping against each other
.

Place it in a fixed position.
When tightening the main nut, gradually tighten it diagonally and symmetrically
.

The force should be uniform, and the equipment should not be tilted to one side to achieve a good sealing effect
.

All nut thread joints should be lubricated when they are assembled

The needle-type valve is sealed by the line.
It only needs to gently turn the valve needle and press the cover tightly to achieve a good sealing effect

Move the rotating body on the kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible

The controller should be placed flat on the operating table, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases

Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the front panel and the rear panel are normal, open the upper cover, check whether the contact of the connector is loose, and whether there is damage or corrosion caused by poor transportation and storage

Connect all wires, including the power wire, the electric furnace wire between the controller and the kettle, the motor wire, and the temperature sensor and tachometer wires
