The team applied stable isotope technology to determine the ratio of stable isotope in milk to achieve precise traceability of milk from different production areas in my country.
At the same time, the team actively carried out research on the construction of stable isotope information database of origin and software application development, completed the measurement of stable isotope data of milk covering the 4 major milk source belts and 10 major producing provinces in my country, and constructed the first and most complete milk stable in China.
