Aptamers are single-stranded oligonucleotides that can be obtained by in vitro screening from synthetic libraries through exponential enrichment ligand system evolution technology (SELEX), and their length is generally about 8-100 .
Among the 17 kinds of cleavage aptamers reported so far, 6 of them are antibiotic aptamers, accounting for 35%, which are good materials for analyzing and studying the mechanism of cleavage aptame.
