    A retrospective study of all adult patients hospitalized with traumatic brain injury in Finland during the period 2005-2018


    Pretraumatic VKA use was associated with increased short-term mortality and the need for ANO after TBI


    This study provides class II evidence that among patients with TBI, mortality was significantly increased with VKAs, but not with DOACs or ADPis
