    Brain injury is a recognized cause
    of dystonia.


    For the first time, a systematic review of published literature identified cases
    of lesion-induced dystonia.


    The study found that while dystonia can be caused by multiple brain regions caused by lesions, there is a clear relationship
    between the location of the lesion and the body parts of the dystonia.
