Thrombin, a hemostatic drug, is loaded into the nanorobot. The precise positioning of thrombin in tumor tissue, selective induction of tumor vascular embolism and effective "starvation" of tumor are achieved.the development of DNA nanorobots working in vivo has innovated the treatment of tumor vascular embolization.at the same time, DNA nanorobot represents a new mode of human precise drug design in the future, and provides a new intelligent strategy for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.in order to further improve the cure rate of tumor with vascular embolization therapy, recently, researchers Nie Guangjun, researcher Wu Yan and academician Zhao Yuliang of the National Center for nanoscience published the article combination of tumour information therapy and chemotherapy via the co delivery of doxorubicin and thrombin encapsulated in the journal Nature biomedical engineering In tumour targeted nanoparticles, an intelligent polymer nanodrug was developed, which carried thrombin and chemotherapy drug doxorubicin (DOX) at the same time.
