——Propose a new method for single-cell spatial metabolic heterogeneity analysis at single-core resolution
Recently, Professor Zhang Xinrong’s research group from the Department of Chemistry of Tsinghua University and Professor Zhang Qiwei from the Beijing National Research Center for Information and Medicine of Tsinghua University published a paper on Nature Methods : SEA is a spatial single nuclear metabolomics method for dissecting tissue microenvironment.
The study of cell heterogeneity and microenvironment at the subcellular level is a hot and key issue in cell biology research and has received great attention
As mentioned by Peter Nemes, the papers by Zhang Xinrong/Zhang Qiwei and others combine microscopic optical imaging with TOF-SIMS molecular imaging
Figure 1 SEAM captures spatial metabolic heterogeneity at single-core resolution
The co-corresponding authors of this paper are Professor Zhang Xinrong of Tsinghua University, Professor Zhang Qiwei of Tsinghua University, and former Associate Researcher Chen Yang of Tsinghua University (now a researcher of the Institute of Basic Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences)
