Work; the safety supervision department shall coordinate the special actions, cooperate with other departments to implement the tasks of the special actions, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the production, storage, and use units of hazardous chemicals and the owners of hazardous chemical pipelines in accordance with the law.
The second is to strengthen the soundness and perfection of the special action work plan.
Clarify the work tasks of safety supervision, development and reform, industry and information, and construction departments, determine time nodes and schedules, establish an evaluation mechanism, clarify reward and punishment measures, and supervise and guide hazardous chemical companies to formulate implementation plans.
The third is to strengthen the refinement and implementation of the special action implementation plan.
Carry out surveys and surveys in an all-round way, strengthen work scheduling, clarify key enterprises and key tasks, and determine the time node and schedule of each task.
The fourth is to strengthen investment in enterprise rectification and policy support.
Give full play to the role of design, scientific research institutes, and technical support units, and organize experts to provide technical support for special operations.
The fifth is to strengthen inspection guidance and exchange of experience.
