Enterprises applying for subsidies for leasing industrial standard factory buildings this year must be a project for which a new standard factory building lease agreement must be signed between January 1 last year and June 30 this year.

The leased standard factory buildings need to be constructed in accordance with the national general standards and industry norms within the Nanning Development Zone and Industrial Concentration Zone, and passed the completion inspection and used for the industrial factory buildings leased to enterprises for industrial production and operation.
