In accordance with the " Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and other relevant regulations, the information on the food safety inspections recently carried out by our bureau is announced as follows:
The variety of food categories sampling information involved are: edible agricultural products , food and beverage food, pastries , food processed products, sugar, fruit products , liquor , convenience foods , soy products , pastry, egg products , dairy products , vegetable products, canned , frozen food , roasted seeds and nuts , spices and so on
.
A total of 392 batches of samples were sampled, of which 377 batches were qualified and 15 batches were unqualified
.
Unqualified samples include edible agricultural products, catering food, and pastries.
Unqualified items include anionic synthetic detergent, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt, coliforms, total number of colonies, cadmium, enrofloxacin, metronidazole, and sulfonamides ( Total), please refer to the attachment for sample information

For unqualified foods found in random inspections, our bureau has notified relevant market supervision and law enforcement agencies to dispose of them in accordance with the law, and further urge food production and business units to fulfill their legal obligations, and take measures to control food safety risks.
