    At the meeting, industry experts explained the relevant laws and regulations of food additives, the current situation of domestic and foreign food additives regulation and management, as well as the application and approval procedures of new varieties


    Zhang Shixia, Director of the Salt and Food Additives Supervision Division of the Food Production Safety Supervision and Administration Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, shared the content of food additive production and use supervision, and made a detailed interpretation of some of the important supervision and management policies; National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment Dr.


    2021 - Steady development of the industry

    Du Jian made the "2021 work report of the Technical Committee on Regulations"


    Since the establishment of the Legislative Council in 2009, the report reviewed the early development history and the stage changes of the standardization of food additives and ingredients, and sorted out the highlights of the regulatory and standard work of the food additives and ingredients industry in recent years, including the formulation and revision of food additive standards and the tasks of cleaning and integration, Food ingredients group standards work is gradually promoted, assisting the industry to solve the production and use problems of genetically modified food additives and food ingredients, and continuously put forward suggestions on the adjustment of the use scope of food additives to relevant state departments, actively reflect the demands of the industry, and participate in relevant activities organized by government departments


    The report especially emphasizes that under the situation of the global spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic since the beginning of 2020, the epidemic situation at home and abroad has become normal, and the food additives and ingredients industry has overcome many difficulties and moved forward steadily.


    After the deliberation of the meeting, a new professional committee of regulations and technology was elected, with Du Yazheng as the director, Xue Yi as the deputy director, and Liu Jie as the secretary general


    2022 - Focus on industry relief

    Through the forum, the work report of the special committee and the exchanges and discussions of the representatives, the association has formulated the work plan of the professional committee of regulations and technology in 2022:

    First, continue to give full play to the role of the Association’s Law Committee as a bridge and communication, through extensive contacts with enterprises and industry experts, strengthen the mutual connection with relevant government departments and upstream and downstream enterprises, and strive to solve the common problems of laws and regulations reflected by the industry.


    The second is to continue to do a good job in the formulation and revision of national food safety standards for food additives and the development of group standards for food additive raw materials, ingredients and related production specifications


    The third is to assist in completing various standardization work assigned by relevant government departments and China National Light Industry Federation, and continue to do a good job in entrusting and purchasing service projects by various government departments, tracking and researching the standard implementation process, and discussing special regulations and issues


    The fourth is to cooperate with the various activities of the association in 2022, including: FIC spring exhibition and autumn exhibition, the annual meeting of various professional committees of the association, and according to the actual needs of the project and the industry, various special seminars and exchanges will be held at relevant activities or separately, etc.


    The fifth is to strengthen the popularization of food additives and transmit the positive energy of the industry to the society
